GenerateBlocks Free vs GenerateBlocks Pro – A Plugin You Can Afford

Welcome to GenerateBlocks Free vs. GenerateBlocks Pro. GenerateBlocks is an incredible plugin, and the Free version is just as amazing as the Pro. But the Pro version has so much more to offer. First, let’s talk about a bit of history surrounding GenerateBlocks.

The GenerateBlocks plugin is simple yet professional and light. That is just one reason to use GenerateBlocks, but not the only one. GenerateBlocks are perfect for all design addicts like me. But also perfect for the new website builder who doesn’t want to write CSS but wants a professional-looking site.

WordPress developed and introduced Gutneburg in 2018. It was somewhat difficult to learn. Or was it just a learning curve for me? Either way, I was using Elementor page builder at this time. It was heavy and time-consuming to use, but I could produce some really cool designs on my websites with it.

Over a 2-year span, WordPress improved Gutenberg and, in 2020, came out with Block Editor. Block Editor was so much better and easy to navigate but still did not fully take the place of Elementor. Although by 2020, I was getting really tired of the bloat Elementor produced on my website, dragging my site speed to all-time lows.

Then along came GenerateBlocks by Tom Usborne. I have used the GeneratePress Theme by Tom for years, and I always believed this man is a genius. So imagine my excitement when I realized he had developed a lightweight plugin with only 4 blocks.

Let’s take a closer look at GenerateBlocks and what we will cover:
